Gifted

We had to rag this by hand (sigh) while we wait for warranty repairs on that Accuquilt, but this is what we ended up making for my sister-in-law this year. She lives by herself, and a nice lap quilt seemed like the perfect thing to have in the winter. The top is recycled denim,  the bottom is a combination of recycled t-shirt knit, cotton, and flannel scraps. There's a layer of thick batting in the middle.

I think it turned out totally fun, and we'll have to make more of these soon.
